# How to Collect Installation Logs for the Management Program and Scanning Tool Agent

#### Details

1. Plug the Portable Inspector (Pro) into the machine that has encountered installation issues.

3. Choose the directory that is appropriate for your environment and execute the “**PISuprt.exe**” ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/f5889a21-4b9d-49ff-a4a7-03538c6b843a/Images/Documentation/image%28217%29.png)
