Details
To resolve this issue, do either of the following:
Management Scenario
For TXOne StellarOne managed agents, administrator can specify the new agent password from StellarOne console via group policy.
- To modify the password, please follow the policy and type new password on the fileds and click the Save button to apply this change.
After agents connecting back to the management server, the new password will be applied on the agent side.
Standalone Scenario
For TXOne StellarOne unmanaged agents, please contact support or fire a case for resetting agent password or uninstalling agent programs.
