TXOne Edge Series 2.0 is Now Available

Summary

Industrial EdgeIPS 102/103 and EdgeOne has been officially released on Feb 15th, 2023. This is the debut of our new Edge series model and our new CMS that is capable of supporting enhanced features.

Product Compatibility

• Signature Rule of EdgeV2
  • The signature of EdgeIPS V2 for EdgeIPS 102/103 is not compatible with Edge V1 firmware.
• Firmware Update
  • EdgeIPS 102 is able to have its firmware upgraded to V2 version and can be onboarded onto EdgeOne.
  • EdgeFire support for V2 firmware will be available by the end of May, 2023.
  • All EdgeIPS Pro models’ support for V2 firmware will be available by the end of Aug, 2023.
  • ODC-VA cannot support directly upgrading to V2 until EdgeOne 2.2.
• Firmware Downgrade
  • Firmware downgrade is not recommended.
• Restore Configuration
  • Restoring V2 configuration files to V1 in EdgeOne and all Edge series models (EdgeFire, EdgeIPS, EdgeIPS Pro, or EdgeIPS LE) is not supported.
