TXOne EdgeOne 2.4.18 is Now Available

Summary

TXOne EdgeOne 2.4.18 has officially been released as of May 15, 2025. This update further enhances OT operation capabilities and provides several key bug fixes to improve system stability and performance. The release includes enhanced permissions for Security Auditors and resolves multiple issues related to Asset View, Edge Group Settings, and Dashboard functionality.

You can now download and upgrade to EdgeOne v2.4.18 via the MyTXOne portal or the TXOne backend cloud service.

• Security Auditors now have permissions to view IPS profiles, CPSDR rule lists, and security patterns, and to configure packet capture settings across all Edge groups.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed an issue where search filters did not work when using the "contains" or "does not contain" operator to search for portions of IP or MAC addresses.
• Fixed an issue where EdgeOne failed to save user settings in preview mode.
• Fixed an issue where deleting an Edge group caused display inconsistencies in the same dashboard widget when viewed by different user accounts and the widget included data from the deleted Edge group.
• Fixed an issue where the VLAN ID of a bookmarked asset was reset to 0 when its managing Edge device was offline.
• Fixed an issue where filtered search results were inaccurate if an unsupported Edge device was connected to EdgeOne.
• Fixed an issue where file exception items copied from another Edge group were not editable.
• Fixed an issue where EdgeOne failed to export asset detection log data in generated PDF reports.
