Added Updates page for Safe Port (version 1.0.1016 or later). Admin users can now:
- Deploy Safe Port firmware remotely from ElementOne.
- Monitor the progress of firmware updates.

Fixed Bugs
- ElementOne failed to request the latest IP address from the DHCP server after the TTL expired.
- Automatic license renewal did not update the essential FTS license information.
- Network connection verification during debug log collection.
- Assets were incorrectly marked as unscanned when the operating system was not supported by the VDS scan.
- Network configuration loading error caused by an immediate reboot following the OOBE operation.
