New Features
- Custom Workflow:
- Administrators can require users to enter information, such as a ticket number, before a scan or disk reset. Field settings are configured through ElementOne. The entered information is uploaded with the operation record for tracking and auditing. (Supported from ElementOne 1.32.0)
- Employee Account Authentication:
- Employees can sign in using their organization’s employee account and password through an LDAP or LDAPS server in Employee Mode. Administrators can allow badge authentication, account and password authentication, or either method through ElementOne. (Supported from ElementOne 1.32.0)
Enhancements
- Virtual Keyboard Display:
- Updated all pages that use the virtual keyboard to display all characters, with unsupported characters disabled.
Recommended Action
Customers using earlier versions of Safe Port are encouraged to upgrade to version 1.0.1062 to take advantage of the latest features and enhancements. Verify that your ElementOne environment is running version 1.32.0 or later before using Custom Workflow and Employee Account Authentication.
