New Features

  • Added German and Traditional Chinese to UI language options.
  • Introducing the Safe Port Agent, a lightweight standalone Windows application that can perform Removable Media Validation without StellarProtect. This is ideal for organizations that already have endpoint security solutions deployed.
  • Added the Secure File Transfer feature, allowing users to transfer files from general USB drives to Portable Inspector Pro devices using Safe Port. (Supported from PI 1.0.1070)
  • Added a new Item Unlock flow that starts with a “Select Media to Unlock” page displaying each removable media device and the number of locked items, followed by a “Select File to Unlock” page where users can choose specific files to unlock along with their file paths, lock reasons, and threat details.
  • Added two new toggles, “Reset Disk” and “Secure File Transfer,” on the Safe Port Device Policy page to show their enabled or disabled status. The “Reset Disk” toggle reflects disk format, wipe, and erase options configured through ElementOne, ensuring that Safe Port only displays the corresponding actions. (Supported from ElementOne 1.25.0)
  • Added new scan restriction behavior that automatically suspends scans on Safe Port when it is disconnected from ElementOne or when the antivirus pattern has expired beyond the configured time period. The existing “Scan Restriction” toggle on the Device Policy page reflects its status as configured through ElementOne. (Supported from ElementOne 1.25.0)

Enhancements

  • The Scan Results display now lists current and previously locked items to prevent overlooked detections.
